Dispute Resolution
In the event a dispute arises between you and the Company, the Company's goal
is to provide you with a neutral and cost effective means of resolving the

may elect to resolve the dispute through binding arbitration. In
such cases, the arbitration shall be administered by the American Arbitration
Association in accordance with their applicable rules, or any other established
ADR provider mutually agreed upon by the parties. Any judgment on
the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having
jurisdiction thereof.

improperly filed Claim, and the other party has filed to withdraw the Claim.
